  • Overview

    The Worldstar concierge are responsible for providing excellent customer service, assistance, personalized recommendations in booking activities, tours, attractions, events, dining reservations, golf tee times, rental cars to Worldstar guests on all Islands.


    This is an in office position without the ability to work remote. 


    • Provide each customer with outstanding service.
    • Knowledge of the Islands and local attractions.
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills a must
    • Assist the customer in selecting the product that matches their needs.
    • Plan out the guest’s stay to maximize their experience.
    • Ability to overcome objections and offer alternate solutions.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a sales driven environment.
    • Meet or exceed established sales targets.
    • Demonstrate the ability to generate sales and up sell product.
    • Promptness and a professional appearance.
    • Personable with good verbal communication skills and the ability to resolve guest issues.
    • Strong listening skills to be able to identify the customer needs.
    • Take responsibility for solving guest issues in a timely fashion with satisfaction.
    • Ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritize.
    • Flexible with scheduling and able to work all days, all shifts and all locations as the job dictates.


    Job Requirements:

    Secondary Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Extra hours as required.

    Travel as required.


    High School Diploma
    Minimum 2 years sales position preferred.  Knowledge of Travel/ DMC operator experience preferred. Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of destination of Hawaii.
    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak/write communicate effectively with customers, staff at all levels and vendors; Fluent in English required, bilingual a plus.

    Valid driver’s license. Analyze, problem solve and trouble shoot issues with emphasis placed on satisfying the customer. Well organized and detail oriented with ability to handle a multitude of tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.  Innovative self starter adapts well to change and works effectively in a fast pace environment.
